We are a recruitment agency specialising in PR, digital, creative, marketing, design, video, web, and office roles.

I’m looking for a new job. What should I do?

If you are actively looking for a new job, send your CV to hello@moxieandmettle.co.uk with brief information about your preferences. Alternatively, you can use the ‘apply now’ button under each of the jobs you will find in our jobs pages on the website.

 

Do you work outside of the UK?
We are a registered UK company, and we work with UK-based candidates, unless advertised differently. If any of our clients will consider candidates based remotely in other parts of the world, the relevant job advertisement will state that.
I’m a freelancer, looking for new opportunities. Can you help me with that?

We work with multiple clients who are on the lookout for freelancers. Send us your CV to hello@moxieandmettle.co.uk with a note about your availability for work and your day rate, we’ll be in touch.

I’m a recent graduate. Can you help me find an entry-level job?

My CV is not looking great. Can you help me improve it?

We’ve got some great resources on our website about how to write a brilliant CV and a covering letter, for more specific and detailed CV writing advice, you’d need a specialist, we can refer you and recommend good people for you.

I’m looking for a career change. Who should I contact?

We are a recruitment agency specialising in PR, digital, creative, and marketing only. We could help you in your job search and support you during your application process if you are looking for a job in one of the sectors we cover and have relevant qualifications, skills or experience.

We are not career coaches, so we are unable to offer you guidance and career change advice.  Career coaching is a different service to recruitment consultancy. However, we are working with some professionals who can help you, and would love to make a referral for you.

I’m looking to recruit new candidates. How can I get in touch with you?

You can send us your job description with brief details about your recruitment needs to hello@moxieandmettle.co.uk. We’ll then set up a call/video call to discuss your role in detail and learn more about your company and the person you are looking to recruit.

I’ve never worked with a recruitment agency. What can I expect from Moxie and Mettle?

Once we take your job description, person specification and agree on terms, we will match your job to our candidate database and network of more than of 50,000 people. We’ll also advertise your job on external sites and social media for even more results.

The team will then share the details of the candidate, including their CV and information about their notice period, salary expectations and interview availability.

The team will also arrange all the interviews, feedback and any presentations or tasks that need to be carried out by the candidates during the interview process.

Once everything is arranged and you’ve gone through the interview process, we’ll communicate with the candidate and negotiate the offer on your behalf, resulting in your new hire!

How long does it take to receive suitable candidates?

We’ll start working on your job from the moment we receive your job description. Once we’ve matched it to our candidates’ database, we’ll send you all suitable matches. We’ll then send you the results from our external advertising campaign.

 

This process takes from a few days to a week usually, and we keep in touch with feedback through the process.

 

How long does the whole process take?

From a week to six weeks in general.  A lot of the timing depends on how quickly you can interview, second interview and progress to offer stage, with our help along the way.
